Descriptions Of HR Officer Job MTBC BAGH OFFICE:
- Development
of HRMS and Payroll modules in coordination with different IT teams, that
involves requirements identification, design & implementation of
modules (i.e. Employee Manager, Payroll, Attendance Management, Team
System and automation of emails like Increments, Incentives, Resign,
Policies Reminder & auto Accounts Block ).
- Processing
payroll of all Pakistan offices, sending verification emails to employees,
reconciling payroll discrepancies and making salary adjustments.
- Generating
reports of payroll deductions i.e. employee store, saloon, day care and
transportation.
- Enhancement
in leave and attendance module. Reporting bugs/follow up with MIS team.
- Coordinating
with Soft team for development of different checks in HRMS related forms.
- Managing
organizational chart and team system in HRIS accordingly.
- Handling
employee grievances. Conducting HR interviews.
- Assist
lead of Talent Acquisition Team in mutual activities.
- Registration
of eligible employees with Punjab Employee Social Security Institution
(PESSI).
- Coordination
with PESSI personnel regarding amendments in labor laws and PESSI’s policy
statement.
- Communication
with finance department and legal team to resolve contemporary issues.
- Renewal
of PESSI entitled employees on annual basis.
- Implementation
of PESSIrelated checks in HRMS.
- Coordination
with medical team regarding handling of issues related to employees
entitled with PESSI.
